YP Anniversary June 2017 and Three New Junior Soldiers
19.06.2017
On the hottest day of 2017 so far where temperatures in the City hit 30 degrees C, The Citadel was on Fire for the Young People in our church.
We spent this Sunday celebrating our children and young people allowing them to take centre stage during our services.
Sunday Morning also saw three new Junior Soldiers (or members) enrolled. Rosie, Isabel and Laura all wore their new uniforms very proudly and they all smiled throughout the whole ceremony, it was clear to see how pleased and excited the three newest members of our church were.

This afternoon the Young People’s Band and Singing Company led our service and blessed us with their playing and singing.
We are so fortunate to be blessed with a large group of youngsters, but we also acknowledge the good work that so many of the Adults undertake to teach and nurture them all.
Here is a short video compilation from the day
